Organization Description
Mission statement | When managed well, ADHD can be an incredible gift associated with many positive traits like creativity, entrepreneurship, warmth, and resilience, among others. |
Service(s) description | We use a multidisciplinary approach that incorporates the latest knowledge about the brain, human behavior, and emotion. Step 1: Evaluation of Needs All new clients—pre or post-diagnosis—begin with an initial evaluation so that we can better understand their needs. By interviewing the patient and, when appropriate, their family, we are able to get a complete picture of their health. Step 2: Personalized Care Plan Following this initial intake evaluation, we may be able to determine whether or not a diagnosis is appropriate, and/or we may suggest further evaluation. Depending on the client’s situation, this may include further evaluation and diagnosis, regular coaching or therapy sessions, and/or a consultation with our medical team. Step 3: Comprehensive Support As part of the Hallowell Todaro community, clients benefit from a range of integrated services that go beyond the traditional therapy model. This includes access to educational classes and support groups, parent coaching, professional development services, and school-based support. |
