Program DescriptionYMCA Earth Service Corps (YESC) is a youth-led environmental education and leadership development program. Through service projects, field trips, and outdoor adventures, our participants become strong, confident and responsible environmental leaders. Youth leaders run green teams in local schools and participate in a wide variety of outdoor exploration, environmental conferences, and service learning in and around the Puget Sound.
