Program Description | Intake assessment, treatment planning, individual therapy, family therapy, skills-building groups, parent support, case management, crisis response and management, consultation with family members, teachers, collaterals, and other child-serving systems. Additionally, psychiatric services, including psychopharmocology and medication management will be available to referred students. Services will be determined by the provider and the enrolled youth, with input from caregivers and other supportive individuals and systems. Services may be provided on school grounds during open school hours or immediately before or after as arranged with the school contact person or designee, in family homes, and other community locations. |
