| Program Description | The objective is to provide one on one mentoring support for Male youth in the Kings
makers program. This support will be provided in conjunction with the King Makers
program. We would have office hours on Monday and Wednesday appointments to
meet one on one. Open availability Tuesday, Thursday thru text message and phone
calls. We check in with youth and discuss the positives and challenges in their daily lives.
Identify the needs of the youth and support them at school, home, and in the
community. Mentors will assists youth in setting both personal and educational smart
goals on a weekly base. Mentors will provide resources and guidance through weekly
check-in to ensure youth are on track to reach weekly, month and seasonal goals. |
