| Service(s) description | The HOPE Program will provide year-round, high-quality youth mentoring, peer engagement sessions, and quarterly field trips to youth and young adults from immigrant, refugee, and BIPOC communities who have DD/ID. Saturday field trips, conducted once a quarter, provide experiential learning opportunities for participants to practice and learn skills outside of the program’s individual and peer group learning environments. Program services and activities include practice with SEL, developing self-advocacy and job readiness and essential skills as well as future planning |
