Service(s) descriptionThe purpose of this collaboration is to provide (what, why, where, and when): Seattle Public Schools (SPS) , Rainier CSO and Capitol Hill CSO will further the community partner relationship acknowledged in the McKinney-Vento Act to achieve their mutual objectives of providing efficient & beneficial services to the enrolled students of SPS. The Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS), Community Services Division (CSD) will provide one eligibility worker on-site at Garfield High School on a schedule to be negotiated by DSHS/CSD Rainier and Capitol Hill CSO and representatives of Garfield High School. Eligibility worker will assist clients in completing applications, eligibility/mid-certification reviews, change of circumstances, ABD/HEN services, social services, at no cost to SPS, for programs administered by the CSD.
