| Program impact | At The 5th, we believe that musical theater, rooted in community collaboration, is a necessary and vital component of a compassionate, equitable, and inclusive society. The Education & Engagement Department provides a wide range of programming and experiences each season, with the goal of nurturing curiosity, advancing and highlighting the shared experiences and expertise of our community, and celebrating the roots and evolution of our art form.
