| Service(s) description | School based mental health services to students referred by designated school staff and who meet access to care standards, regardless of their ability to pay. Services include assessment, individual, family and group therapy, case management and referrals. Services will be provided in a private space designated by school staff. Services wilt be provided starting at 1 day per week during the 2017-2018 school year with plans for expansion of services based on need in the 2018-19 school year. |
