| Mission statement | Since Seattle Children’s Theatre first opened its doors in 1975 we have been providing the highest quality drama education experiences along with professional theatre for young audiences. SCT Education Department has become a national leader, pioneering programs ranging from creative drama to integrated arts classes. Theatres and arts organizations from across the country look to SCT Education Programs as a model and resource for best practices. |

| Program impact | Seattle Children’s Theatre strives to activate the imaginations and creativity of all students in Seattle-area schools and community organizations through meaningful learning opportunities. In the 2018–2019 school year, our community engagement programs served an estimated 4,783 students in grades Pre K–12, totaling 1,130 hours of instructional programming and nearly $43,000 of subsidized programming. |
