Organization Description

Mission statementLead the charge to brilliant outcomes for the children of our community by ensuring equitable access to the highest quality learning and care.
Service(s) descriptionLaunch provides early learning services (pre-school, school-age and summer programming) to SE Seattle Families, M-F 8am-6pm. Launch supports working families from all social, economic, and cultural backgrounds. Families who enroll in our program enter a network of assistance that strengthens the community, while offering positive opportunities for their children.
Program impactIn 2022-2023, we served more than 750 ages 3 to 12. Eight of the schools we serve are Title I schools and receive additional federal funding because they serve high numbers of low-income students. Public schools partner with Launch services and programs to help children acquire the academic and social-emotional skills needed for a thriving future.

Community programs are organized into categories known as Community School Elements. All community programs associated with Launch are listed below and each program may be provided at 1 or more schools. You can use the 'Show Details' buttons to learn more about each program.
