| Program Description | A Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) facility that coordinates tours and school programs into the protected Cedar River municipal watershed for the greater Seattle Area. The center and the watershed access is located out in North Bend near Rattlesnake Lake and the City of Seattle has been offering free Cedar River watershed tours to 4th& 5th grade classes for over 30 years.
