| Program Description | YouthGrow is job readiness training at Interagency that focuses on pre-employment skills (interpersonal, building routine, handling scheduling conflicts proactively, etc.) as well as agriculture/landscaping sector skills. Includes light touch career coordination supporting education & employment goals surrounding credit earning, reducing barriers to employment (creating resumes, working through workplace difficulties, getting official documents – ID, SSC, birth cert.), and supporting students in after school/summer job searches. Any students active in program or follow up are eligible for career coordination support. |
