| Program Description | Our Sand Point Housing campus provides transitional housing, affordable permanent housing, and onsite support services for formerly homeless families and individuals. School support includes: food programs, school supplies, events (e.g. back-to-school meet & greet), and homework help. The Sand Point Housing campus includes: Brettler Family Place, Sand Point Family Housing, Phyllis Gutiérrez Kenney Place, Santos Place, and three groups homes operated by Friends of Youth and YouthCare. |
