| Program Description | Technical Assistance in helping schools establish a PTO/PTA. Connecting community leaders, fundraising, facilitating meetings, coordinating volunteers, etc. In one year, Northminster Presbyterian Church formed "Friends of Northgate" PTO for Northgate Elementary and would be willing to help other schools without a PTO/PTA figure out the mechanics of getting one in place. |
