Program Description | The Seattle Community Safety Initiative (SCSI) is a community-based pilot program launched in 2020 in response to Seattle City Council Bill No: 119825; Amendment 33. Community Safety Hubs provide resource navigation and intervention, hotspot/crisis response, and ongoing training and professional development to build and strengthen neighborhood safety, restore and rebuild community connections, offer resources for self-sufficiency, and promote neighborhood pride and ownership.
