| Program Description | Rally Club’s primary offering is a structured afterschool program, where volunteers create a fun, welcoming, and inclusive environment for teens and tweens. Mentors and mentees participate together in activities based on youth need and interest, designed to provide opportunities to connect and engage youth and broaden their horizons. Activities have included individualized academic support, sports, arts and crafts, games, and more. Field trips and special guests are sprinkled in to add excitement, interest, and new connection opportunities. We prioritize family involvement, so we hold family events and find touchpoints whenever possible.
We are adding a high school lunch check-in component to continue the connection and encouragement that volunteer mentors provide. |
