| Program Description | Seattle Children’s has an agreement with Up2Us Sports Inc. to provide AmeriCorps
members (Up2Us Coaches) to serve as Physical Activity Coordinators (PACs). The
purpose of the Up2Us Sports Coach program is to partner with Host Sites to ensure they
have trained coach(es) who can help serve more youth and increase the impact of
sports-based youth development programs in ending childhood obesity, improving
social emotional outcomes, and increasing academic performance among program
